Who Is Win - Win

Win - Win (Asia) Co. Ltd. was established in May 2000 with the objective to use travel to bring people together to experience unique moments in time.

Win - Win (Asia) Co. Ltd. was founded by Duangrat Kraisrivathana and Arjan Buffing.
Both of them gained much experience in the deluxe hotel and travel industry working for well know companies such as the Dusit Group, Accor Group, Societe des Bains de Mer Monte - Carlo, Silversea Cruises, America West Airlines and others since 1987.

Both Duangrat and Arjan worked for Aviation & Tourism International from 1993 to 2000. After the passing of their chairman Niels Lumholdt, they decided to take over the company.
Since Aviation & Tourism International was a sales & marketing management company, they decided to open Win - Win (Asia) Co. Ltd simultaneously to provide service to clients.

After a modest start, Win - Win (Asia) Co. Ltd. grew an average of 300% per year. Although that times were tough with negative events such as September 11, the Afghan and Iraq wars, SARS, Chicken Flu, Tsunami, a coup d'etat and politcal clashes, Win - Win (Asia) co. Ltd continued to grow.

Aside from their investments in their product development and distribution channels, much effort and energy has been put into the growth of their people. One of the key issues of the success has been the education and training of young people who have been given great responsibility in various departments of the company. Now young professional Asian managers are responsible for the daily operations of Win - Win (Asia) and they have proven to be up to international standards of the hospitality industry and are professional in their fields.

The next step of Win - Win (Asia) is to become a solid company using travel as a means to contribute to a well balanced world.
